Downloading, Viewing, and Printing ".pdf" Files
Longer documents on this web site, including problem sets and practice exams, are generally stored in "Portable Document Format" (file extension ".pdf"). To view and/or print them, your computer must have installed a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader program (suggest version XI or later), or your browser should have the corresponding plug-in. The computers in the Economics Department's Computer Lab (Heady Hall 68) have the appropriate software installed, as do many of the other computer labs on campus. If your computer lab does not have Acrobat Reader, contact the lab monitor.
If you are using your own personal computer, you may download a free copy of the latest Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site. Just click on the link below. When you connect to Adobe, you may download the latest version for your operating system.
Acrobat Reader is a very versatile program, and many web sites on the net are using it to display longer documents. You should get a copy.
